The pool is designed with the house: levels, drainage, setbacks, views and the path of the sun are solved once, on the same drawing.

What does Zeta Construction Group build?
New custom homes, custom pools and spas, and everything that completes the pool: screen enclosures, pavers and pool decks, outdoor kitchens and other custom additions for the patio or lanai. We also remodel homes, build additions, renovate pools and repair any part of a home or pool.
Can you build the screen enclosure and the pavers with my pool?
Yes. With your pool we design and build the enclosure, the paver or travertine deck and any outdoor kitchen or patio addition, so everything fits and one team is responsible for the result.
Can you build the house and the pool as one project?
Yes. It is the core of how Zeta Construction works: one site plan, one contract and one schedule for the home, the pool and the outdoor living, so you move in with everything finished.
Do you only build new, or do you also repair?
Both. Besides new homes and pools, we renovate, upgrade and repair existing homes and pools, from a cracked pool shell or a failing roof to a full renovation.
